Shifting gears? Moving machinery? Water-pressure powered platforms? Okay, so it isn’t the most characteristic of Zelda dungeons, but it certainly was one of the most memorable. Judging from the water down there, I take it Link already defeated Wart and obtained the Ice Arrows. Batter your opponents in the enclosed area, then open the floodgates (those dropping blocks – you’ll have to use your imagination) to score a KO.
