Epic background. I have Homebrew, and I know what to do with .bin files, but where should I save the .pac at?
Also, do you need USBGecko or extra hardware to get this to work?

you only need an sd and the sd-codes from Phantom Wings (right?). Assume that H: is your SD-card,here is the right path:

H:\private\wii\app\RSBP\pf\stage\melee

I think you need to check the .pac file...when I downloaded the file, I got a strange forest background style...
