stage: Chemical Plant (1) +1

Though Green Hill is fine, my favorite 16-bit Sonic stage would be Chemical Plant Zone. This is kind of the idea I had for the stage, albeit with water rising and falling, and an actual Sonic-esque pipe running on the right instead of a vertical shaft.
