Unfortunately, Future Ness skids past Past Ness and sets off the blast box, causing an explosion sending Past Ness back two seconds into the past, where he skids past Past Past Ness and sets off the blast box....(etc.)
One thing: If present Ness kills himself, how could future Ness be still alive to stop present Ness from suiciding? Unless he survived it, but the accident costed him all he lived for (maybe he killed his girlfriend with it or so), and future Ness wants to end his miserable life by make sure this terrible accident in the 'past' didn't happen.

Actually, this might have been funnier if you left future Ness with a charred face, like in the normal entrance animation - showing the effects of blowing up the box. I guess future Ness wouldn't be running then. . .(How did you get rid of the charred Ness, anyway? Is intro Ness clear and another substituted in its place?)

Ness comes in running, then he gets charred by the fire you see following him in this pic. It's a small detail but it's useful in a lot of shots.
