P.S. - I hate it when Palkia flips the stage like that, don't you...it messes up the controls! >_<

It's a reference to Majora's Mask. The last temple was Stone Tower, and at the end you get the light arrows. Then, you leave the temple and hit a jewel with a light arrow to turn the temple upside-down.

Fantastic reference! XD And that Stone Tower ... such sad, eerie music! (Not unlike much of the rest of the game.)
