I consider this the best snapshot I've ever conceived. You have no idea how long it took to get this right.
(there's a lot of timing involved here. Not only are the winners color-coordinated [gold, silver, and bronze] but they're also using hand gestures to represent their placement [Mario with 1 hand, Luigi with 2 fingers, and Wario with 3.])

Even used small, medium, and large stage builder blocks.
Personally, I think it would have looked even better with just medium blocks for all three guys (able to zoom in more / not so much extra space on Mario's base) and overalls Wario so they all "match".

Perfect. You even put them in the correct places. When people think about the men of Mario Bros., they DO typically think of Mario as first, then Luigi, and then Wario. Did you even think of that, or are you just THAT great at taking snapshots?!
Actually, that's a good observation Kerkec. I did it that way because it's impossible to get Wario with 1 or 2 fingers up (or a bronze Mario or Luigi) and so on.

This is AMAZING. Not only (as you said yourself) is it colour coordinated and has the hand gestures, but it also has the whole concept of Mario=1, Luigi=2, Wario=3. It's also generally symmetrical, this is a true masterpeice.

With a Starman, and charging up a fart, respectively. There are short flashes where the character turns those colors.
