That said, it is technically possible to drown in just a teeny bit of water (according to the warnings they have on buckets of stuff, anyway).

Starry Might is damn right (the rhyme isn't on purpose anyway): a Treehouse of Horror episode of the Simpsons has a very cruel example when Bart, worn out by his then exaggeratedly stretched neck, lost his control over it and his face fell on a bowl filled with milk and, despite a rather desperate struggle, ends up drowning in it inevitably.

However, this snapshot is excellent. Pure genius, I'm telling you - the joke about Sonic being THAT afraid of water because of his "Super Drowning Skills" (see the eponymous TV Tropes page for further details) is awesome.
I don't know if you obtained Sonic by either making him trip or by hacking, but I don't mind.
The feature is very, very, VERY well deserved. And therefore also my +1 is! :)
