Wario's Atomic Fart (76) +1
Remember the first Brawl trailer:

Wario emitted a waft so strong it produced a mushroom cloud! This is the extension of that. I can only imagine the destructive energy and lingering radioactivity that would result from such a frightening fission-fueled fart!
The radioactivity symbol is actually a really fun custom stage of mine, Nuclear Meltdown:
