I actually have a white and blue version too. I was going to upload both, but my brother said that this was the best, by far. I'll save it, I don't want to detract from this one as it's gone down so well with each of you.
Is it hard to tell that it's using the SA-X texture? The idea was, that Samus (our perspective) has just been confronted the SA-X.
I really like it, I think it's one of the best edits I've done thus far. C:

Well, first of all, "they" can't track you down based on your information here.
Second, you're not making any sort of profit off the image, nor is it degrading in any way, nor is it causing anyone to lose profit. So I'm pretty sure you're all right.
Third, the shot should be made vertical if possible, if you really want to make it box art. (:

Vertical? That could be tricky. ): I might leave it and focus my efforts on *something else*. (;
The Metal Gear one fits though, 'cos it's the same shape as a CD case. Which is what PSone games came in.
