The result of years of screwing with super-science, Mewtwo is a psychic with all the powers of a god. Indeed, Mewtwo made you change your name to Red, talk to the Old Man, and sail up and down Cinnabar Island coast to catch 6 of him for your "team". Is it because you wanted his insane brokenness or is it. . .MIND CONTROL?
Also, this is quite clearly Lucario in disguise. Maybe I should have done a Melee Pokedex instead :P

I should point out that this is the only Brawl Pokedex entry that is the result of hacks so far. . .but I may add some more :)
Ah, these good old glitches from Red and Blue... I'll never forget them.
(Especially because of the fact that german Missingno.s had Headbutt, Sky Attack, Hi Jump Kick and Guillotine rather than two times Water Gun and Sky Attack :P )

I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be his purplish underbelly thing that eventually becomes his tail.
And to do the glitch, do exactly what I said. In Pokemon Red/Blue, name your character Red. Then, talk to the Old Man in Viridian City who teaches you how to catch Pokemon. Fly to Cinnabar Island, and surf up and down the right coast of the island. You should see lv. 132 Mewtwos, amongst other things. That's right, lv. 132 - the level number is glitched out.
Incidentally, if you're not named Red, you can still do the rest of the glitch and other weird Pokemon will attack you based on your name. This is how you catch Missingno without a Gameshark, btw.

Also, you can catch Safari Zone pokemon outside of the Safari Game by visiting the Safari Zone, leaving, directlying flying to Cinnabar Island, and surfing up and down that same coast.
^ That was the only way I could capture Kangaskhan and Tauros.
Btw, I ran into a ghost version of Missingno. and a skeletal Kabutops version of Missingno.
