Simple editing really. The main thing was removing the background, and also her arm from the top of the shot.
That's really beautiful.
This looks so much like something by Frank Miller, the "Sin City" comics author. I kinda think the title should be a play on a Sin City book, like "A Dame to Smash For" or "A Dame to Brawl For" or something (based on the Sin City title, A Dame to Kill For).
