One day, Ike was practicing ather on a sandbag. When his father saw what a weakling he was, he laughed at Ike. Ike got mad that his own father, who was supposed to support him, insulted him. Instantly, he attacked the sandbag furiously with his sword. As he swung his sword up into the air to cut the bag in half, he screamed. He fell onto the sandbag, which was no longer exsistant. "Hmmmmm" Ike murmurd to himself while he was panting. Ike realized this attack took a lot of energy.
Two years later, he got an invatation to Brawl from a man the signed Sakuria. During his first match, he broke open the Smashball. He felt a surge of rushing energy through his veins. "GREAT ATHER!" He yelled as he charged the opponent. When the dust had cleared, his opponent was on the floor unconicous.
