By requesting documents from our webserver you are agreeing to these terms of service.

Content Upload

You agree to only upload snapshots from Super Smash Brothers games or content from those games. You agree that any other content posted on the site will be destroyed and removed from the site.

Hot Linking

  1. You may hot link images from our website.
  2. We would rather you use our embed feature though, It gives you the snapshot, and makes it link back to Brawl Snapshots. Every Snapshot has an embed link below it for your use.

Submitted Pictures

  1. From time to time you will submit content to Brawl Snapshots, Brawl Snapshots reserves the right to post and reproduce this content on any website of our choosing. If at any time you wish Brawl snapshots to stop using the rights to your content, which you have granted to us, you may Contact Us, asking us to remove the pictures, and we will.
  2. Brawl Snapshots cannot control what people submit into the body of text fields and images. If those bodies contain personal information, it may get displayed on Brawl Snapshots in a manner where anyone who visits the site can see it.
